Suspected third-party deposits may trigger account suspension and mandatory KYC review.
The primary currency for Pakistani players on 92pkrn is Pakistani Rupee (PKR). Active bonus balances that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw a real-money balance where an active bonus is attached may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings, in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.

The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited on 92pkrn: claiming multiple accounts to access the same bonus more than once; using low-risk staking patterns (such as placing opposing bets across multiple outcomes) to artificially satisfy wagering requirements; participating in bonus schemes with the intent of withdrawing funds rather than genuine recreational play; and colluding with other players to obtain or split bonus benefits. 92pkrn reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
Welcome bonuses are limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Players found to be circumventing this limitation will have the duplicate bonus forfeited and may have their account reviewed for compliance with the single-account rule.
All sports betting activity on 92pkrn — including cricket betting, PSL markets, international football, UFC, kabaddi, tennis, and all other markets — is subject to 92pkrn's Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and published within the sports betting section of the platform.
Key provisions of the Sports Betting Rules include: the right of 92pkrn to void any bet placed in error or at a clearly erroneous price; the settlement of bets according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport in question; and the right of 92pkrn to suspend markets and cancel bets where an event is interrupted, postponed, or cancelled in circumstances not covered by specific continuation rules.
Bets placed after the official start time of an event may be voided unless explicitly accepted as in-play bets. Live in-play betting markets on 92pkrn are clearly labelled. The use of automated software, bots, or arbitrage tools to place bets is prohibited and may result in account closure and bet void.

The following conduct is prohibited on 92pkrn and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
92pkrn reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to identified prohibited conduct: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of bonus balances, voiding of bets and casino game results, withholding of withdrawal requests pending investigation, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the 92pkrn platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game content, promotional materials, data feeds, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of 92pkrn or its licensed third-party suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal recreational purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content on the 92pkrn platform without the prior written consent of 92pkrn. Unauthorised use of 92pkrn's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

92pkrn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or dishonest conduct; failure to complete identity verification within requested timeframes; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or at the player's own request.
Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting 92pkrn support. Upon account closure at the player's request, any verified real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any applicable KYC checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. 92pkrn may apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts as permitted by the applicable gaming licence conditions. Players will be notified by registered email prior to any fee being applied. The fee will not reduce an account balance below zero.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92pkrn, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the Services, including losses arising from: reliance on information provided on the platform; technical failures, downtime, or service interruptions; unauthorised access to or alteration of your account; errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes subsequently corrected; or any other matter relating to the Services.
Where liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, the total liability of 92pkrn in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
92pkrn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via the registered email address or by prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Services and close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
In the first instance, any dispute arising from your use of the 92pkrn Services should be directed to 92pkrn's customer support team via the live chat facility or by email to the contact address provided on the platform. 92pkrn will endeavour to resolve all disputes informally within a reasonable timeframe.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to 92pkrn's designated complaints handler. 92pkrn will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 28 days of acknowledgement.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through 92pkrn's internal complaints process, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by 92pkrn's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available on request from 92pkrn's support team.
Any claim against 92pkrn arising from or relating to your use of the Services must be submitted within 6 months of the date on which the matter giving rise to the claim occurred. Claims submitted outside this period will not be entertained.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 92pkrn holds its international gaming licence. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved by the dispute resolution procedures set out in Section 17.
Nothing in this clause limits 92pkrn's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it deems such relief appropriate or necessary to protect its rights and interests.
